2 Channel Strategy and implementation
\n\u2022 Create and embed a clear 3 year strategy for sustainable profitable growth of portfolio and brands by channel.
\n\u2022 Optimise channel profitability and activity ROI in a sustainable way
\n\u2022 Translate 3 year channel strategies into SMART yearly objectives and winning channel operational plans <\/p>\n
3 Channel Activation Plan Execution
\n\u2022 Ensure the flawless execution of yearly channel operational plans, delivering agreed objectives on time, on strategy and within budget.
\n\u2022 Roll out outlet visibility and channel\/brand promotion with close alignment with brand marketing team and sales
\n\u2022 Develop channel specific programs to support sales needs <\/p>\n
4 POSM Management
\n\u2022 Manage implementation of visibility item & POSM with the right brand at the right channels\/outlets
\n\u2022 Manage POSM distribution\/allocation towards warehouse\/depot and monitor stocks level <\/p>\n
5 SA management
\n\u2022 Manage implementation of SA with the right brand at the right channels\/outlets
\n\u2022 Lead SA training programs including presentation,selling skills, brand and beer knowledge
\n\u2022 Recruit and deploy SA for outlets, special eventsand sponsorship arrangements <\/p>\n
6 S&OP
\n\u2022 Join S&OP process for Sales department as a contributor to forecasting process <\/p>\n
7 Customer program
\n\u2022 Develop and execute trade promotion and incentiveprograms
