– To facilitate and control trial mixes for all the batching plants and arrange resources for trial mixes
\n– Provide necessary support to ensure that the company has an effective and efficient QA\/QC system
\n– Maintain and improve QA\/QC procedures and introduce measures to improve a sustainable QA\/QC system
\n– Establish the most optimum mix designs
\n– Review and formulate acceptance criteria of materials
\n– Analyse & interpret material results
\n– Facilitate Operation & QA\/QC Department to enforce the Audit Quality Assurance and
\n– Quality Control program in the respective batching plants
\n– QA\/QC
\n– Identify weaknesses in the Production and QA\/QC system and advise them to meet requirement standards
\n– Provide necessary support to establish & evaluate the QA\/QC performance criteria
\n– Ensure that all raw materials and concrete reports are submitted on time to customers
\n– Continuously evaluate all raw materials and its performance report to production to make adjustments
\n– Continuously monitor all processes of concrete production and report to production to make improvement to maintain high quality of concrete production
\n– Network with customers on quality matters and come up with QA\/QC policies
\n– Ensure that mix designs are available and applied to suit production\u2019s need as requested by customers and adopt cost saving designs
\n– Initiate and spearhead the Research and Development of new products in line with customer needs
\n– Conduct monthly meetings with Sales, Operations and QA\/QC to identify, facilitate and introduce new product development to meet customer requirements
\n– Support to Operations, QA\/QC Department, and Sales
\n– Conduct training in technical issues
\n– Coordinate with Operations, Sales to resolve problems relating to technical issues in order to facilitate the work of Sales Department
\n– Meet with customers to provide sound engineering solutions to facilitate customers\u2019
