\nMinimum Qualifications
\n\u2022\tBA degree
\n\u2022\tPossess knowledge in payroll administration;
\n\u2022\tGood working knowledge of HR practices, labor laws and regulations;
\n\u2022\tMinimum 6 years preferably in manufacturing environment with strong hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR management with 3 years in managerial position;
\n\u2022\tSelf-starter and self-reliant
\n\u2022\tAttention to details; Result oriented
\n\u2022\tTeam player.
\n\u2022\tOpen minded
\n\u2022\tManagement and leadership skills.
\n\u2022\tExcellent communications skills at all levels, including presentations.

\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities
\nHuman Resources
\n\u2022\tRecruiting and staffing;
\n\u2022\tPerformance management and improvement of company policy;
\n\u2022\tOrganization resource development;
\n\u2022\tEmployment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
\n\u2022\t Employee orientation, development, and training;
\n\u2022\tPolicy development and documentation;
\n\u2022\tEmployee relations;
\n\u2022\tCompany-wide committee facilitation;
\n\u2022\tCompany employee and community communication;
\n\u2022\tCompensation and benefits administration;
\n\u2022\tEmployee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
\n\u2022\tEmployee services and counseling.
\n\u2022\tLeading of EICC compliance related to HR
\nAdmin
\n\u2022\tReception activities;
\n\u2022\tFactory overall landscaping and cleanliness;
\n\u2022\tEmployee uniform and office stationary.
\n\u2022\tProvide meal to employees.
\n\u2022\tGeneral Performance Standard
\n\u2022\tCompany policies, statutory are developed and periodically reviewed to ensure alignment with corporate policies and local legislation and fully communicated to employees
\n\u2022\tRecruitment activities & selection are complied with company policies\/procedures and within agreed time
\n\u2022\tCompensation & benefits administration ensures salary & benefits are adequately paid to employees and its structure should be competitive with labor market and retain right people for the company
\n\u2022\tEffectively conduct to career development program
\n\u2022\tSeriously concerns with employee\u2019s benefits, motivations such as meal quality, safety, grievance to timely solve industrial relations issues and avoid strike
