\n\u2022\tBuilds up the annual budget, keeps track of all foreseeable sales and expenses
\n\u2022\tAchieves net profitability in line within the agreed budget
\n\u2022\tPrepares weekly sales summary and monthly reports per requires<\/p>\n
2. Sales Management
\n\u2022\tHave good customer database and good relationship with them
\n\u2022\tEnsures that all clients are properly served
\n\u2022\tDevelops a selling strategy based on market trends, sales objectives and inventory control
\n\u2022\tImplements this strategy with a quality and customer-service oriented sales policy
\n\u2022\tEnsures that all the sales team fully understands the selling strategy and applies it
\n\u2022\tPrepares sales budget every year<\/p>\n
3. Buying
\n\u2022\tImplements a proper buying strategy, based on the specificity of your boutique (demand, inventory and sales objectives)<\/p>\n
4. Inventory
\n\u2022\tManages inventories in a pro-active way in order to increase the sales and keep a financially healthy stock level
\n\u2022\tBe fully aware of the inventory of all product lines at all times, anticipating stock build-up and shortages, and maintaining reasonable levels as much as possible
\n\u2022\tOptimizes sales in the boutique by ensuring that needed stock is available, regularly reordering<\/p>\n
5. Merchandising
\n\u2022\tTrains the sales team to develop proper merchandising skills
\n\u2022\tMaintains boutique display and environment with company set standard of daily operation<\/p>\n
6. Customer Service
\n\u2022\tEnsures that each member of the sales team provides an excellent service to each individual entering the boutique, in line with Tam Son\u2019 standards of customer service
\n\u2022\tDevelops sales and goodwill through proper service to all clients
\n\u2022\tAlways be present and back-up your team in case of conflicts<\/p>\n
7. Team Management
\n\u2022\tMotivates your sales team to serve all clients in excellent standards
\n\u2022\tEmploys and retains high quality staff, at the right compensation level
\n\u2022\tKeep track of each individual performance, defining tasks and setting goals
\n\u2022\tEnsures that the team receives proper training regularly in order to develop customer service, product knowledge and selling skills
\n\u2022\tOversees and ensures all leaves taken are in line with company policies and procedures while all untaken annual leaves are properly managed
\n\u2022\tCreates a sense of team spirit, discipline and mutual respect, as well as dedication and loyalty to the company
\n\u2022\tEnsures that everyone on the team receives proper support in order to achieve their full potential.<\/p>\n
8. Sales Administration
\n\u2022\tEnsures that procedures and systems are clearly understood, run smoothly and comply with the ever-changing needs of the sales activities
\n\u2022\tEnsures that all sales activities are properly processed according to the company\u2019s procedures
\n\u2022\tProcesses proper sales reporting according to the company\u2019s procedures<\/p>\n
9. Communications
\n\u2022\tAssists the Marketing Team to implement any communication activities in relations with your boutique
\n\u2022\tProposes to the Marketing Team all communication activities which could help achieve the sales objectives of your boutique
\n\u2022\tBe at all times a proper \u201cambassador\u201d for Brands with all visitors of the boutique, and to ensure that each member of the sales team also acts as an \u201cambassador\u201d of the brand<\/p>\n
10. Property Management
\n\u2022\tKeeps up the boutique in excellent states at all times
\n\u2022\tEnsures proper maintenance and renovation works, in line with the agreed budget
