What You Will Do
\n\u2022\tDevelop web application with Ruby on Rails while understanding spec sometimes from simple document, sometimes from explanation of Japanese person in English and sometimes analyzing by yourself from insufficient spec by discussion
\n\u2022\tCollaborate with Japan side frequently and effectively while considering situation on both side
\n\u2022\tImprove yourself and learn more and more as long as we will provide opportunity<\/p>\n

What You Are Good At
\n\u2022\tAt least 1-2 years experiences in Ruby on Rails Framework
\n\u2022\tBS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
\n\u2022\tExperience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
\n\u2022\tExperience of working with MySQL
\n\u2022\tSignificant knowledge with MVC, OOP
\n\u2022\tSkillful in using source code management system especially GIT
\n\u2022\tAble to work in Linux or having will to learn it<\/p>\n

Soft Skills
\n\u2022\tStrong analytical and problem solving skills along with balance to be cooperative with us to do it
\n\u2022\tEnglish (both reading and writing)
\n\u2022\tHigh energy, proactive and high responsibility in working
\n\u2022\tAble to feel fun to work with
