with the landlord and VNM for repaying or settling<br \/>\n\u2022\tCollect red invoices from landlords, check the accuracy of the red invoice<br \/>\n\u2022\tIf the red invoice is incorrect, call the landlord to inform of the incorrect information<br \/>\n\u2022\tSend back the red invoice to the landlord for correction and follow up until receive the correct RI from landlord<br \/>\n\u2022\tUpdate payment and red invoice tracker and submit red invoices to VNM<br \/>\n\u2022\tSettling all claims from the landlords relating to payment or work with VNM for solution for special\/difficult cases<br \/>\n\u2022\tWork with landlord in case of power cut off due to late payment as informed by NOC or FM<br \/>\n\u2022\tUpdate bank count change documents from landlords and submit VNM with original documents as well as soft file<br \/>\n\u2022\tUpdate renewed contracts from VNM and send back the updated file to VNM<br \/>\n\u2022\tKeep Site Handler
