\u2022\tPrepare network rollout\/integration plans.
\n\u2022\tPrepare\/perform pre-integration site check according to installed hardware and system requirements to ensure that all equipments are ready for integration.
\n\u2022\tPrepare\/perform network integration test for new and expanded RAN elements.
\n\u2022\tPrepare\/perform changing, upgrading, or replacement of hardware and\/or software of RAN elements.
\n\u2022\tPrepare\/perform RAN system demonstration and\/or acceptance as required.
\n\u2022\tPrepare\/perform interoperability test\/verification of RAN elements.
\n\u2022\tEnsure RAN equipments are fully tested, including required functions and\/or features.
\n\u2022\tEnsure RAN nodes are ready for traffic.
\n\u2022\tEnsure and control progress of assigned project according to project plan, including escalation in case of delay.
\n\u2022\tGather all the required and valid tools, methods and processes, following recommendations\/guidelines for delivery process where possible.
\n\u2022\tPrepare and perform a technical hand-over to the support organization\/customers.
\n\u2022\tProduce documentation such as list of test cases, test instruction, Method of Procedure (MOP), test progress and report, hardware faulty report, hardware inventory report\u2026.
\n\u2022\tProperly handle customer requests.
\n\u2022\tPrepare\/perform implementation and activation of new features.
\n\u2022\tPerform troubleshooting and ensure that problems and\/or outstanding issues are properly handled.
\n\u2022\tBe a point of technical coordination escalation for on-site problems and issues. Give technical support to ASPs when needed.
\n\u2022\tPerform quality audit\/supervise at site for node B and Microware.
\n\u2022\tPlay as a team leader when required.
\n\u2022\tSupport the NRO personnel\/project and ASPs in transferring technical knowledge and skills.
\n\u2022\tInitiate actions to prevent any occurrences of nonconformity related to the products, processes and qualities.
\n\u2022\tAssist\/support during contract\/commercial negotiations, in the technical scoping of the Integration service
