Job description:
\nPlanning
\n\u2022 Assist in formulating the company’s future direction and strategies;
\n\u2022 Develop financial and tax strategies;
\n\u2022 Manage the capital request and budgeting processes;
\n\u2022 Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction.<\/p>\n
Operations
\n\u2022 Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team;
\n\u2022 Oversee the financial operations of company and its subsidiaries;
\n\u2022 Implement financial operations best practices;<\/p>\n
Reporting
\n\u2022 Prepare and report financial results to the BOD;
\n\u2022 Manage the production of the annual budget and rolling forecasts;
\n\u2022 Provide financial analyses, in particular for capital investment, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.<\/p>\n
Risk Management
\n\u2022 Monitor all open legal issues involving and affecting the company and and its subsidiaries;
\n\u2022 Construct and monitor reliable control systems;
\n\u2022 Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements;
\n\u2022 Ensure that financial transactions meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.<\/p>\n
Funding
\n\u2022 Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts;
\n\u2022 Arrange for debt and equity financing;
\n\u2022 Invest funds;<\/p>\n
Third Parties
\n\u2022 Participate in conference with the investors;
\n\u2022 Maintain banking relationships;<\/p>\n
Job Requirement:
\n\u2022 Experience in finance, accounting or audit management in global groups at the high levels equivalent to CFO;
\n\u2022 Experience in IPO companies;
\n\u2022 Having work experience in finance, investment fund, banking or informatics environments will be an advantage;
\n\u2022 Good at financial valuation and analysis skill;
\n\u2022 The candidate should have a Bachelor\u2019s degree in the fields related to finance, accounting, or business administration;
\n\u2022 Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Finance, the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations;
