Job Summary :
\n– Be responsible for overseeing the delivery of products and service to customer, analyze customers in order to determine sales potential and increase profit <\/p>\n
Specific Responsible:
\n– Developing B2B business in Horeca and B2C to companies and end users in Hanoi and other North provinces;
\n– Reporting directly to Sales Manager;
\n– Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
\n– Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
\n– Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
\n– Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
\n– Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
\n– Gathering market and customer information;
\n– Representing our company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
\n– Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
\n– Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
\n– Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
\n– Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
\n– Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, entering figures into a computer system;
\n– Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
\n– Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
\n– Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.<\/p>\n
Qualification & Experience :
\n– Experience in sales , ideally in Food service
\n– Good interpersonal and communication skills
\n– Ability to work as a team
\n– Motivation and ambition to succeed
