Responsibilities:
\n– Japanese skill: JLPT N2
\n– Work directly with Board Memebers and Managers on sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates
\n– Create and implement staffing strategies
\n– Constantly improve recruiting processes
\n– Be knowledgeble, make good relationships with internal members and understand why people should work here
\n– Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
\n– Create strong network within and outside: attend meetups, hackathons and create new communities<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n– Good command of Written and Spoken in Japanese (at least N2)
\n– Smart and hard working.
\n– Logical thinking
\n– Able to work independently
\n– Previous experience in recruiting field preferred
\n– Person who can share ideas and communicate with anyone.
\n– Have wide network.
