{"id":19897,"date":"2022-04-13T20:21:29","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T13:21:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/demonic\/job\/software-support-professional\/"},"modified":"2022-04-14T09:58:46","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T02:58:46","slug":"software-support-professional","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/nicvn.com\/ja\/software-support-professional","title":{"rendered":"Software Support Professional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n&#8211; Responsible for responding to customer inquiries on the telephone, through on-line methods, and by e-mail.<br \/>\n&#8211; Communicates with customers to help them understand how to use the SOFTWARE product properly.<br \/>\n&#8211; Direct customers to the correct channels for their inquiries as necessary.<br \/>\n&#8211; Responsible for solving customer TECHNICAL problems that arise from the use of the product.<br \/>\n&#8211; Maintain ongoing record of problem analysis and resolution activities in on-line incident management system.<br \/>\n&#8211; Conduct independent case research using company supplied research tools, databases, knowledge bases, etc., in order to find solutions to customer reported problems.<br \/>\n&#8211; Create and update TECHNICAL content in an on-line knowledge base.<br \/>\n&#8211; Is an expert in one or more subsystems or platforms and provides training and consulting for area of expertise &#8211; works toward in-depth TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE on additional subsystems and platforms.<br \/>\n&#8211; Interfaces with customers on general and specific issues within area of functional expertise.<br \/>\n&#8211; Act as a liaison on public-facing customer channels as necessary.<br \/>\n&#8211; Provides on-call support as assigned, which may require carrying a pager.<br \/>\n&#8211; Take ownership of early\/late shift depending on assignment.<br \/>\n&#8211; Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications\/Requirements:<br \/>\n&#8211; Very good at communication in English is a must.<br \/>\nGerman or French is a good plus.<br \/>\n&#8211; Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience. ITIL V3 certification is a plus.<br \/>\n&#8211; At least 3 years experience with Windows and\/or UNIX\/Linux Operating Systems support<br \/>\n&#8211; System knowledge &amp; interrelationships of systems including Oracle &amp; SQL Server; TCP\/ IP; Enterprise Software (ex: Informatica, Peoplesoft, Oracle, E-Business Suite, SAP\u2026).
