\nPosition : International Sales Assistant
\nWorking location : Ho Chi Minh City
\nWe are looking for Candidate individual with strong personalities, business success oriented, great integrity, Good communication skills, excellent leadership, and hands on experience in generally managing a similarly dynamic business (sales preferable).
\nJob Description:
\n– Brief: The profile will be a mix of Sales \/ Trader \/ Relationship Manager. Any candidate who has FMCG experience can handle this job well.
\n– Conduct outbound lead sourcing and qualification.
\n– Generate client appointments and sales leads through direct email and telephone contact
\n– Research sources for developing prospective customers and utilize company-provided
\ninformation to determine potential
\n– Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
\n– Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, and trends.
\n– Maintain thorough documentation of prospecting activity and documents information obtained during sales calls and presentations into Sales Force.
\n– Generate new sales leads thru cold leads
\n– Must be able to negotiate thru factory buyers and traders
\n– Strong communication skills and cultural differences in the international market
\n– Follow up shipments, service clients and perform relationship manager role
\n– Overall: Identify market opportunities and try to convert them onto sales
\n– Handle customer complaints, defaults and disputes.<\/p>\n
Preference:
\n– Preferred candidates from FMCG sales and marketing segments.
\n– Having Import and Export Knowledge
\n– Proven ability to work independently in an office setting and within a virtual team environment<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n– Experience: 2-6 years
\n– Education: Any basic graduate. Minimum Qualification
\n– Language: English (Read, Write, Speak), Vietnamese (Read, Write, Speak)
