record of selling similar products in IT\/Development Outsourcing for<br \/>\nlocal and regional clients;<br \/>\n\u2022 At least three to five years in a sales representative role within IT\/Development<br \/>\nOutsourcing;<br \/>\n\u2022 Deep knowledge of the local and regional IT\/Development Outsourcing business;<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to contribute to the company profits; take initiatives in approaching clients and expanding customer base;<br \/>\n\u2022 Building, cultivating and managing C-level client relationships;<br \/>\n\u2022 Fluent in written and spoken English language<br \/>\n\u2022 Highly organised with exceptional verbal communication skills;<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to think logically under great pressure;<br \/>\n\u2022 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques;<br \/>\n\u2022 Fast learner and passion for sales;<br \/>\n\u2022 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ambitious;<br \/>\n\u2022 Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations;<br \/>\n\u2022 Hardworking, persistent, and dependable;<br \/>\n\u2022 Positive and enthusiastic;<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct market research alongside Managing Director for our target markets to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;<br \/>\n\u2022 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media; generate new business leads and arrange meetings with potential clients;<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products\/ services;<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology;<br \/>\n\u2022 Recommend solutions to any problems faced by the clients;<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide proper information, guidance and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships;<br \/>\n\u2022 Recommend new opportunities and improvements in terms of clients profits and losses;<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals;<br \/>\n\u2022 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;<br \/>\n\u2022 Build and maintain relationship with partners &amp; clients;<br \/>\n\u2022 To ensure proposed solutions meet the needs &amp; functional requirements of the client;<br \/>\n\u2022 To negotiate the terms of an agreement (including costs, delivery dates,
