JOB DISCRIPTION
\n–\tWork closely with Director to establish and build the operation system of Delivery department
\n–\tWork closely with Director to set up the policies\/ benefits for delivery staffs.
\n–\tManage and ensure the whole operation runs smoothly.
\n–\tProvide professional delivery service
\n–\tHandle problem if arise
\n–\tArrange plans, work shifts, work schedule, divide work for all delivery staffs fairly & effectively
\n–\tSupervise, evaluate the performance of work, the progress of staff in the room.
\n–\tMotivate, propose reward, discipline….staffs.
\n–\tCo-ordinate with HR department in recruitment, training delivery staffs
\n–\tWork closely with related departments to improve service quality.
\n–\tReport to Director
\n–\tOther works assigned by Board of Directors
\n–\tArrange the schedule, schedule, assign the entire staff work in the room<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS
\n–\tMinimum 2 years experiences of delivery manager or supervisor in delivery service in the field of food & beverage or the food delivery
\n–\tThis job is suitable for Vietnamese ONLY
\n–\tMust be fluent in both spoken and written English (to work directly with foreigner)
\n–\tExpert in routes and streets in Ho Chi Minh City
\n–\tGood in communication, problem solving
\n–\tStrong leadership, management and motivational abilities
\n–\tGood at working independently or teamwork
