\u25cf\tBuild web application by making clean, tested and maintainable code
\n\u25cf\tReview the code of other Drupal team members in Saigon and Shanghai
\n\u25cf\tFind the best solutions to maximize the efficiency of Drupal and to ensure developers adhere to best practices across the entire spectrum of tools, languages and frameworks used at company.
\n\u25cf\tHelp maintain the company’s web infrastructure (e.g., GitLab, Redmine, Docker Registry).
\n\u25cf\tUnderstand the training needs and development trend of the team, propose for training schedule, sources and implement it; train the junior members and be in charge of presentation internally regarding the knowledge updates
\n\u25cf\tBe the link between project managers and the developers by providing technical support to project managers, account and sales team.
\n\u25cf\tReporting to the CTO about the Drupal team challenges and progress
\n\u25cf\tMaking sure all the KPIs are well spread across the team members and management
\n\u25cf\tSupport the recruitment process by qualifying candidates and interviewing them <\/p>\n
Requirement:
\n\u25cf\tYou had a similar roles of leader\/manager of a Drupal team composed of more than 5 members and you have have experience inside multicultural team
\n\u25cf\tYou are an expert of Drupal 7 & 8
\n\u25cf\tProven experience developing and deploying large traffic web applications
\n\u25cf\tAdvance knowledge of Linux fundamentals, including networking, file systems, security, and SSH
\n\u25cf\tExperience with MySQL and Postgres databases, including query optimization
\n\u25cf\tFamiliar with troubleshooting tools (e.g., netstat, iostat, traceroute, strace)
\n\u25cf\tUnderstand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
\n\u25cf\tAny additional language is a plus
\n\u25cf\tDeep knowledge of Magento, Laravel in PHP and Node in JS
\n\u25cf\tKnowledge of Varnish and deployment methods
\n\u25cf\tKnowledge of XML, SOAP, CSV and JSON
\n\u25cf\tKnowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
\n\u25cf\tKnowledge of SEO
\n\u25cf\tCompletely understanding of the HTTP protocol, expert proficiency with nginx and Apache web servers; HTTP caching know-how is a big plus
