{"id":20339,"date":"2022-04-13T20:22:55","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T13:22:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/demonic\/job\/construction-manager-big-multinational-company\/"},"modified":"2022-04-14T10:11:56","modified_gmt":"2022-04-14T03:11:56","slug":"construction-manager-big-multinational-company","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/nicvn.com\/ja\/construction-manager-big-multinational-company","title":{"rendered":"Construction Manager &#8211; Big Multinational Company"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Main responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022         Be a Head of Construction Department.<br \/>\n\u2022         Oversee and manage construction site as well, and comply with Standard and Safety regulations.<br \/>\n\u2022         Monitor the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.<br \/>\n\u2022         Coordinate and instruct all Sub-constractors for each project.<br \/>\n\u2022         Prepare system, procedure for construction work.<br \/>\n\u2022         Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.<br \/>\n\u2022         Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.<br \/>\n\u2022         Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.<br \/>\n\u2022         Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.<\/p>\n<p>Requirement:<br \/>\n\u2022         Male, age from 30 to 35.<br \/>\n\u2022         BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.<br \/>\n\u2022         At least 5 years of working experience proven in construction management.<br \/>\n\u2022         Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.<br \/>\n\u2022         Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.<br \/>\n\u2022         Understanding of all facets of the construction process.<br \/>\n\u2022         Familiarity with construction management software packages.<br \/>\n\u2022         Ability to plan and see the \u201cbig picture\u201d.<br \/>\n\u2022         Competent in conflict and crisis management.<br \/>\n\u2022         Leadership and human resources management skills.<br \/>\n\u2022         Ability to prepare reports and statistics.<br \/>\n\u2022         Ready to work overtime, go on business trip, work at site.<br \/>\n\u2022         Good command of written and spoken English<br \/>\n\u2022         Excellent time and project management skills, especially in industrial field.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":117,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","job_listing_type":[320],"job_listing_category":[408],"job_listing_location":[536],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-20339","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","degree--ja","minimum_qualifications-365","job_listing_type-320","job_listing_category-408","job_listing_location-ho-chi-minh-ja"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v15.5 -
