Job Description
\nResponsible for all received sale orders until export to buyers including:-
\n1. Prepare production documents and approved samples, follow-up all processes in factory to know what problem in production, solve arised problems with factory manager to control shipment in time.
\n2. Be in charge of raw material price structure, sourcing suppliers, co-operate with suppliers to track all shipments on time
\n3. Work correctively with factory, material control systems to comply with cost control.
\n4. Co-operate with Factory departments to check the consumptions of goods, work on processing contracts, Sales contracts
\n5. Be Responsible with factory and warehouse department for inventory control of materials in warehouse not over than 9 month.
\n6. Co-operate with accounting department to close order.
\n7. Make monthly intake \/dispatch report of each item.
\n8. Acknowledge and monitor the consumptions of goods
\n9. Closely work with business partners including suppliers, customers, factories to carry out all projects smoothly.
\n10. Analyze and calculate costs to minimize product costs to hit customer price targets
\n11. Co-operate with MR team in Bangkok and Long An to work on projects
\n12. Contribute ideas on new products sourcing from factories or updated trends to R& D and sales team
\n13. Optimize sourcing procedure to attain maximum efficiency
\n14. Research and anticipate shifts in negotiating power of suppliers
\n15. Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
\n16. Determine quantity and timing of delivery
\n17. Other tasks assigned by Manager<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nBachelor Degree
\nAt least 5 year experience as Merchandiser in garment factory in Vietnam
\nExperience in coordinating among different functions;
\nGood communication as well as detail-focused, result-oriented, hard-working
\nGood command in English and Computer proficiency (Words, Excel, PPT and Outlook Express)
\nAccuracy and Strategic thinking
\nHigh responsibility and can do attitude
\nInterpersonal skills and good problem solver<\/p>\n
