RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
– Market research and competitors research
\n– Propose suitable products
\n– Define strategies and vision of the products that they are in charge
\n– Define KPIs for that product
\n– Keep track and analyze KPIs
\n– Analyze user behaviors to understand users’ insights
\n– Define product features based on insights and business goals
\n– Work with related stakeholders to bring features to users
\n– Analyze users’ data and feedbacks to measure product’s effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
\n– Design solutions to support Marketing team to bring products to market when necessary
\n– Coach and develop team members (for senior level and above)<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
– 2 year experience in product owner\/game designer position. If you don\u2019t have experience but you have the passion and willingness to do what it takes, why don\u2019t you try?
\n– Data driven mindset: it should be known that there is always a gap between idea and reality; and the truth is not from you, your boss or the CEO, it\u2019s from user data
\n– Statistics: You are good at\/eager to learn how to make the best use of data by using statistical tests, modelling and more
\n– Knowledge of Game Design basic rules (gameplay, difficulty curve, directing, difficulty balancing, pacing, reward, accessibility\u2026)
\n– Adaptability: You enjoy working in a startup environment featured with high level of uncertainty
\n– Teamwork: You know that \u201cIf you want to go far, go together\u201d and you enjoy teamwork
\n– Good command of English
\n– Being able to illustrate your idea by sketching, wire-framing, or anything that works
