RF Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JOB PURPOSE :<\/p>\n<p>Experienced\/Senior RF Engineer is responsible for the analysis, design; implementation and enhancement of wireless telecommunications networks. <\/p>\n<p>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES :<\/p>\n<p>The general tasks include:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tPerform RF network design, planning and optimization activities<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerform link budget analysis, design criteria and traffic analysis<br \/>\n\u2022\tEnsure data integrity of various morphology\/topography databases and drive test data for model calibration<br \/>\n\u2022\tCarry out area and site surveys to identify RF equipment location and antenna orientation<br \/>\n\u2022\tUnderstand equipment co-location requirements for multiple operators<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerform inter-modulation analysis<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerform site candidate evaluation<br \/>\n\u2022\tVerify RF related site engineering drawings<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerform co-channel and adjacent channel interference testing and analysis<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerform radio network design and optimization for high capacity wireless networks using GSM, UMTS and LTE technologies.<br \/>\n\u2022\tLead resource for routine monitoring and review of Radio Network Related Key Performance Indicators (KPI).<br \/>\n\u2022\tSupport the RF teams regarding GSM\/GPRS\/UMTS\/LTE optimization, parameter setting and performance issues.<br \/>\n\u2022\tInterface with other regional functional teams such as: RF planning, RAN engineering, In-building, and UMTS\/LTE Design group.<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerform New Network Design for Green Field Operator and Network Expansion activities aligned with Presales team.<br \/>\n\u2022\tCompetence\/Knowledge Transfer and lead by Example.<\/p>\n<p>WORKING RELATIONSHIPS :<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tThe Experienced\/Senior RF Engineer shall support the Technical Project managers\/Senior RF Engineer at the units for Key Accounts during delivery
