Job Description
\n–\tConduct examination, evaluation and analysis of Group\u2019s business and distribution system.
\n–\tPropose the strategy and business development model for medium- and long-term development plan of Group.
\n–\tPropose the business plan and progress for new product portfolios.
\n–\tPropose the investment in technology and application for business development and product diversification.
\n–\tPropose changes and innovations in facilities, information and technical infrastructure and layout plan for product diversification.
\n–\tPropose the implementation plan for the approved strategy and business model.
\nJob requirement
\n–\tAt least Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, marketing, finance or related field
\n–\tMinimum 5 year experience in large-scale retail chain management and operation or in Business Development Director position or equivalent position.
\n–\tPrior Experience in investment planning and implementation in different phases.
\n–\tOutstanding experience in B2B sales and HR management skills.
\n–\tStrong understanding of legal system with regard to retail chain expansion.
\n–\tExcellent in English (4 skills) and computer skills
\n–\tAdvanced leadership skills
\n–\tGood communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
\n–\tIntegrity, responsibility, and proactivity
\n–\tAbilities to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
