1. Product Development & Implementation
\n– Control Prints and other technical documentation
\n– Create and ensure accurate BOM in SAP
\n– Coordinate and control Engineering Change (ECN) implementation
\n– Ensure correct pilot build up (first piece)
\n– Evaluate and perform engineering judgement for Engineering Permit
\n– Define the validation plan as customer requirement
\n– Maintain and grow customer relations
\n– Train technicians
\n– Provide design leadership to ensure that all customer deliverables are met, while assuring accuracy and completeness of all design output<\/p>\n
2. Lead, Coordinate & Support on QVC actvities
\n– Design for cost reduction
\n– Design for manufacturing
\n– Propose VAVE ideas to customer design house and follow up till approved
\n– Support component localization
\n– Support supplier optimization<\/p>\n
3. Support New Business Quotation
\n– Prepare related design document to support new project quotation
\n– Work with other department to react on each new project needs and related cost to support new project quotations.
