NIC's client is Multi Beverage distributor in Vietnam.
1. Manage distributors to achieve sales, distributions, stocks, orders, delivery, payments objectives.
2. Manage contracted outlets & promotion to achieve sales, shares, brand image, serving standard objectives.
3. Manage customers to achieve sales & distribution & merchandising objectives.
4. Monitoring, leading, coaching and training sales teams to improve their performances, to enhance their skills in achieving the sales target, to provide with good services to customers/ consumers and to be in compliance with the selling standards.
5. Giving the appropriate guidelines to Sales Supervisors/Sales Representatives to solve customers’/consumers' complaints and to ensure keeping the good relationships with customers/consumers.
6. Analyzing and evaluating the fluctuation and changes of market and giving proposals to superiors to enable them taking timely and proper actions for these changes.
7. Monitoring the reporting system, promotion programs and distribution activities within the in-charged areas to keep track of sales performance and to measure the return of investment.
8. Good implementation of promotion & merchandising activities.
9. Timely report all competitors’ information and feedback.
10. Achieve and over-achieve all sales, distribution & brand building targets.
