- NIC's client is Multi Beverage distributor in Vietnam.
Job Description

Key purpose of role
1. To manage the relationships of the company’s strategically important customers, by pursuing key accounts as long term partners by focusing on building value together and thereby becoming deeply linked to each other’s future.

Key Responsibilities and duties
1. Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales targets.
2. Identify and successful negotiate for contract with existing and potential customers, including writing joint business plans to maximize growth.
3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, by portfolio selling, up-selling, cross-selling, and/or activating consumer activities for increased market-share
4. Manage and solve conflicts with customers
5. Be the liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.

KPI’s
1. Number of key-accounts for which revenue growth exceeds 20% year on year.
2. Joint business plans in place for top 10 key-accounts, which includes joint targets, budgets, operational cost analysis and activity calendar.
3. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, as well as forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
4. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
5. Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and other relevant parties.

Job Requirements

- Required Number: 1

- Year Experience: 5 Years

- Minimum Career Level: Manager

- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor Degree

- Job Skills: 1. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, or other relevant experience in customer-marketing or sales.
2. University degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
3. Fluent in English and Vietnamese
4. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
5. Strong negotiator and excellent with numbers.
6. Ability to build lasting authentic relationships and develop strategic partnerships beneficial for all parties involved.
7. Experience and understanding of merchandizing principles, including category management approach.
8. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
9. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details and timelines.
