A.\tRecruitment:<\/p>\n
1.\tStrategy, process and organization:
\n– Define and advise effective strategy and plan to attract and hire top talents;
\n– Define and coordinate recruitment and selection policies, standards, process and operations in Vietnam, with relevant stakeholders;
\n– Put in place appropriate model, structure and resource;
\n– Watch over competitors and market trends for proper advice ad direction.
\n2.\tImplementation of recruitment actions:
\nOrganize and lead the recruitment teams to:
\n– Define action plan to achieve targets and meet resource needs, in line with the company’s strategy;
\n– Ensure efficient use of recruitment channels, and right approach to successfully respond to requirements;
\n– Develop active recruitment methods with social networks, headhunting…;
\n– Develop talent pools and networks, maintain active relationship with potential candidates;
\n– Know in-depth the company’s activities and resource challenges to properly plan, prioritize actions, and anticipate needs;
\n– Ensure that relevant stakeholders are properly informed about recruitment targets, challenges and needs for best coordination;
\n– Follow up recruitment process (both with external and internal candidates), pro-actively implement suitable solutions to reach targets;
\n– Conduct, join in hiring process for key\/strategic positions;
\n– Organize induction for new comers, ensure best conditions for their integration;
\n– Coordinate and develop strategic partnership with academics or hiring partners;
\n– Develop future talents for the company through various initiatives, including internship program.
\n3.\tRecruitment communication, employer branding:
\n– Ensure that contents for recruitment purpose (job descriptions, advertising articles…) are produced with highest quality;
\n– Monitor, develop information and contents regarding NIC Group\u2019s recruitment, towards internal and external candidates, in coordination with communication team; ensure that they are correctly updated, effectively enhance awareness of the company’s values and competitive advantages;
\n– Build event plan, ensure efficient organization of events (job fairs, seminars, sponsorships…) to meet recruitment needs;
\n– Represent the company and recruitment function in those events.
\n4.\tBudget management:
\n– Prepare recruitment annual budget;
\n– Follow up expenses and ensure efficient use of allocated budget;
\n– Lead negotiations with partners, liaise with purchasing team regarding contracts and agreements.
\n5.\tTeam management, competency development:
\n– Manage recruitment teams, lead them to fulfill recruitment missions with high motivation and team spirit;
\n– Organize the sharing of practices\/models in recruitment and selection;
\n– Set key performance indicators (KPIs), performance expectations, quality standards, for the teams to strive for;
\n– Organize training and coaching to improve the team’s competencies;
\n– Implementing weekly\/monthly recruitment and training results reports as required by
\n– Planning training programs for employees related to knowledge of HR, company\u2019s policies and Vietnamese labor law.
\n– Monitor effective use and improvement of recruitment tool.
\n6.\tReporting, metrics:
\n– Ensure that the weekly recruitment planning as well as other reports are delivered in accurate and timely manner;
\n– Build effective reporting system and statistics to track and measure recruitment efficiency;
\n– Ensure that the recruitment database is maintained effectively.
\n– Coordinating with BODs and other managers in proposing HR development activities for employees including recruitment and training policies, employee motivation policies and so on.
\n– Assisting and coordinating with HRM in implementing tasks required by HR Services Managing Director and BODs.
\nB.\tTraining:
\n1.\tIdentify training needs and develop training plan
\n– Continuously review and upgrade training curriculum based on actual requirements from Operation team;
\n– Develop an effective training programs which address the training needs while ensuring optimum cost.
\n2.\tImplement training programs:
\n– Implement orientation\/ training programs for new people to provide fundamental knowledge and attitude;
\n– Follow up with Operation team (i.e. Restaurant Managers, Area Managers, Operation Managers, COO) to ensure new people are smoothly integrated into team, trained on the job and sent for re-train and on-going training;
\n– Continuously benchmark with other service providers in the industry to upgrade service quality by providing effective training;
\n– For people working at back office, training manager is responsible for their development\/training plans are implemented as per plan.
\n3.\tAppraisal of training effectiveness:
\n– Implement post-training evaluation to ensure quality is met and design follow-on training
\n– Coordinate with Operation and relevant departments to get feedbacks on training results.
\n4.\tTeam development
\n– Develop training team as in their development plan
\n– Own and promote teamwork within training team.
\n5.\tBuild and upgrade training manuals, training process and other related documents and templates, provide input in standard operational procedures.
