– Support the commercial management teams to review, negotiate and amend customer\/suppliers contracts\/subcontracts and all other contractual commitments relating to design and supply, supply and installation projects
\n– Provide value added commercial and contractual, legal & local regulatory compliance advice to all parts of the company business in a timely manner
\n– Work closely with other members of the BBV management and business teams to share knowledge, contribute ideas, identify efficiency improvements and provide constructive feedback
\n– Carry out the day-to-day contract management and commercial work that is generated as part of the company business
\n– Manage the provision of corporate secretarial work
\n– Coaching and mentoring sales people or appropriate business personnel in regard to contractual risk evaluation, governance and compliance
\n– Ensure the contract management process is in place and fully implemented in accordance with DOA endorsement\/approval requirements
\n– Assist General Counsel and Legal Counsel ASEAN in providing legal opinions and advice on all other contracts\/commitments of a non-construction project related in nature, eg Distributorship, Supply agreements etc
\n– Statutory\/Regulatory compliance in relation to customs and safety
\n– Day to day corporate secretarial record maintenance
\n– Closely project manage dispute resolution and litigation processes, particularly in relation to bad debt cases <\/p>\n
