To manage all aspects of branch operations for assigned branch including but not limited to:
\n\u2022\tPro-actively drive the sales and marketing of the entire branch to meet revenue targets.
\n\u2022\tTo actively market Clinic\u2019s packages to patients yourself and through overseeing the Aesthetic Consultants in this role.
\n\u2022\tTo ensure that all facilities at the branch are at optimum level of operation.
\n\u2022\tTo maintain discipline and order in accordance to company\u2019s protocol at the branch.
\n\u2022\tTo be overall in-charge of the branch’s smooth operations
\n\u2022\tDevelop marketing\/sales plans in conjunction with the sales target given
\n\u2022\tCo-ordinate and execute sales and marketing initiatives
\n\u2022\tActively pursue business-to-business marketing and assist with in-house sales when needed
\n\u2022\tCompile and sustain Clinic HCMC’s patient database as well as marketing analytics
\n\u2022\tTake charge of conception and maintenance of all sales and marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, visual media, coffee table book etc.)
