Job Description
\n– Responsible for sales activities, specifying activities and long term relationship management
\n– Grow a loyal and enthusiastic customer base through an outside, business-to-business, face-to-
\nface sales environment
\n– Analyze sales history to develop business plans in order to grow and maintain sales
\n– Practice time management and prioritizing skills in order to create geographically effective
\nweekly plans
\n– Achieve appointments with decision makers from different hierarchies of the construction \/
\nindustrial companies
\n– Work across multiple departments to fulfill business requirements
\n– Identify new sales potential and leverage strong winning mindset to turn the leads into our
\nbuying customers
\n– Participate in construction industry related trade fair or events to build relationships and
\nnetwork
\nJob Requirements
\n– Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering field
\n– At least 5 years of sales experience in customer facing environment
\n– Experience with fasteners and steel construction is preferred
\n– Good command of Vietnamese and English
\n– Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset
\n– Self-motivated and a quick learner
