\u2022\tWork with auditors on quarterly and annual audits.
\n\u2022\tLiaise with other departments for Accounting documents and Information.
\n\u2022\tCash management and Cash flow forecasting including vendor scheduling, Cash balances, and weekly Cash reporting.
\n\u2022\tMaintain General Ledger & Trial balances w\/t end of month reporting and reconciliation.
\n\u2022\tBank Account Reconciliations.
\n\u2022\tPrepare Financial Statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Budget quarterly.
\n\u2022\tYear-end Analysis, Schedules preparation for review.
\n\u2022\tPrepare tax report monthly, quarterly and yearly.
\n\u2022\tKeep up to date on all Vietnamese laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting matters e.g. staff, office operations and other relevant issues and ensure that the company is informed of such matters.
\n\u2022\tOther tasks as required.<\/p>\n
Required Skills:
\n\u2022\tFemale, Vietnamese citizen (age from 30 years old)
\n\u2022\tFluent command of English or Japanese is spoken.
\n\u2022\tExcellent analytical and organization skills.
\n\u2022\tProficient in computer, accounting software SAP.
\n\u2022\tDynamic, independent, resourceful, matured and results-oriented.
\n\u2022\tUnderstanding of Vietnam Tax Laws.
