1. Main responsibilities:
\nUnder the supervision of the Project Manager, the senior trainer will be in charge of:
\n– Delivering the training content to beneficiaries of the MSE support program
\n– Coordinating and initiating paperwork with local authorities & administrative officer
\n– Daily collaboration with partners
\nFor talented professional, this position offers short-term outlook to project management
\n2. Tasks:
\nFine tune the adaptation of the content training
\n\u27a2 Strong understanding of the needs of the beneficiaries
\n\u27a2 Good ownership of the methodology of content training
\n\u27a2 Proactive attitude towards the training materials
\nPlan training schedule & deliver training content
\n\u27a2 Liaise with local institutions and authorities, anticipate appropriate paperwork to ensure the training program to be delivered in time
\n\u27a2 Organize training schedules, while taking into account constraints of :
\nOften night classes, 2 – 3 sessions\/week
\nWeekly individual follow-up sessions & post-training visits to each beneficiary.
\nThose visits are to take place on the field of operation of beneficiaries, and should count up to 60% – 70% of the total workload of trainer. For such purpose, trainer should be able to drive motorbike.
\n\u27a2 Deliver the training as scheduled
\n\u27a2 Organize graduation ceremony for beneficiaries
\nEnsure the quality of the training program
\n\u27a2 Deliver courses as defined with the Project Manager
\n\u27a2 Ensure beneficiaries \u2018understanding
\n\u27a2 Ensure the quality of in-class sessions, follow-up sessions & post-training visits
\nEvaluate the impact and the relevance of the training program on the day-to-day beneficiaries\u2019 business
\n\u27a2 Report feedbacks in order to better tailor the program
\n\u27a2 Be proactive and make relevant suggestions to improve the content and methodology based on own experience and practical observation.
\n\u27a2 Fill and maintain the database of beneficiaries
\nReport to Project Manager
\n\u27a2 Ensure weekly & monthly reports to Project Manager
\nShare all supporting documents used to deliver the training
\n\u27a2 Ensure that the accurate version of all documents is known and shared
\nParticipate to the promotion of the program and contribute to its durability
\n\u27a2 Promote the MSE program and participate to the recruitment of beneficiaries
\n\u27a2 Support in fund-raising purposes: identify potential donors; write proposals and reports
