This candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Banking and Consumer Finance Risk, Operations and Products (secured, unsecured and consumer lending) and extensive experience in setting the sales & business partnering strategy for such products.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements
\n–\tHave at least 10 years’ experience within Financial Industry, and at least the previous 5+ years purely in Retail Banking or Consumer Finance
\n–\tHave at least 3+ years of experience as a Division Head\/ VP equivalent
\n–\tSelf confidence to deal effectively at the highest levels.
\n–\tBeen a team player with the ability to motivate and lead.Good business sense and the ability to develop an understanding of the bank\u2019s products and dynamics in the market.
\n–\tHave uncompromising ethics and the willingness to take a stand with line management on business decisions from a financial perspective and business conduct.
\n–\tHave a good understanding of products in current market conditions
\n–\tHave a good understanding of credit risk and operational improvement
\n–\tHave a Bachelor’s and\/or Master’s degree
