\n7.\tSupporting special events and Marketing activities
\n8.\tIn charge of website\u2019s content and make sure internal media will deliver thoroughly

* DIGITAL MARKETING:
\n\u2022\tMonitoring and analyze Brand performance, Sales performance, Market requirements for EC and Mom & Baby chains.
\n\u2022\tMonitoring and analyze each activity of BTL activation , Trade promotion in the shop
\n\u2022\tCommunicating with Sales, FM and other operation team in an effective manner
\n\u2022\tManaging and training marketing subordinates efficiently to carry out their task
\n\u2022\tUnderstanding consumer needs, consumption behavior, lifestyles, and insight of these 2 specific channels.
\n\u2022\tUnderstanding retailer needs and behavior
\n\u2022\tIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance of online channel.
\n\u2022\tCollaborate with agencies to build plan for digital marketing campaigns to deliver overall marketing objective. Do tracking to manage the quality.
\n\u2022\tCreate strategy for E-commerce and Mom & Baby chains fitting with Brand strategy to maximize brand exposure and boost Sales by coordinating with e-vendors and internal Sales team.
\n\u2022\tCatch-up new technologies, Digital techniques and provide recommendation for adoption where appropriate.
\n\u2022\tInitiate proposal of collaboration with potential e-partners that share same target for content marketing partnership.
\n* PR & COMMUNICATIONS:
\nExternal& Internal PR for brand, company.
\n\u2022\tResponsible for the PR activities of Diana Unicharm include: Writing press releases for new products, company, advertorial, editorial … improvement campaigns, new product launching.
\n\u2022\tDeveloping and implementing strategic plan for integrated communications (online newspapers, magazine, social networks, forums ..) to enhance the brand identity for the each brand (Diana, Bobby, Caryn, Mask, silcot .. ). Expanding awareness values and priorities of the brand, increase visibility through the relevant channels.
\n\u2022\tWorking with agency to brief program, campaign and building PR effective program.
\n\u2022\tUpdating information on company\u2019s site and translating total information relate on company\u2019s website,
\n\u2022\tPreparing and supervising advertorial, editorial\u2026for each PR campaign
\n\u2022\tPlanning internal PR to make employee understand\/love company & company\u2019s product.
\n\u2022\tOrganizing internal programs in company: training, event 20\/10; 8\/3; Xmas; Year end party\u2026.
\nManage crisis
\n\u2022\tFollow up closely any disadvantages toward company via multiple channels.
\n\u2022\tSuggest, launch reflex PR strategy, timely handling crisis cases to ensure minimizing the negative impact caused by disadvantage information.
\nRelationship with journalist\/newspaper:
\n\u2022\tDeveloping and maintaining strong working relationship with media institution to ensure company\u2019s development and PR plan being enforced effectively.
\n\u2022\tEnsure communication plan about products information and company\u2019s brands transfer to consumers fully, timely and effectively.
\n\u2022\tEnsure company information and brands published on multiple channels consistently base on company\u2019s principle and mission.<\/p>\n
* CUSTOMER SERVICE.
\n\u2022\tSolving difficult case claim, post on newspaper.
\n\u2022\tWorking with QC, R&D to collect information to answer to consumer claim.<\/p>\n
What You Are Good At
\n\u2022\tFemale
\n\u2022\tBachelor’s Degree, Advertising\/Media, Economics, Business Studies\/Administration\/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent..
\n\u2022\tMinimum 4 years of solid digital marketing and communications experience
\n\u2022\tExperience in FMCG fields is the plus point.
\n\u2022\tGood analytical skills, Creative, Very passionate
\n\u2022\tProactive and takes initiatives
\n\u2022\tVery good oral & written Vietnamese and English
