1.Job Description:
\n* Procurement
\n– Well understand the received PR requirements
\n– Get the quotations
\n– Clarify the specification with concerned dept. (if any)
\n– Negotiate and select vendor
\n– Issue the P.O. and expedite the shipment timely
\n– Check the shipping documents for the accuracy
\n* Sourcing
\n– Study\/Identify new potential sources
\n– Develop the identified sources to be approved vendors.
\n* Cost Reduction
\n– Control and improve lead-time as much as possible.
\n– Identify\/study the cost saving areas.
\n– Study and select the best purchasing term (freight term\/payment term).
\n– Consider hedge contract for the big quantity
\n* Supplier Control\/Management
\n–\tKeep the fruitful and clean relationship with the vendor in order to get their best cooperation in supplying the materials as well as solving the claim if happens.
\n– Periodically evaluate vendor\u2019s performance and conduct visit to vendors
\n– Extend support\/strengthen the weak vendors to be good vendors
\n* End user satisfaction level & Problem solving:
\n– To extend the best cooperation and coordination to others.
\n– Have a high sense of urgency
\n–\tContribute the constructive ideas\/thoughts\/solution for the most efficient working environment condition.
\n– Act on claims in the fair and mutual benefit manner
\n– Propose the idea for problem solving to the superior
\n* Others:
\n– Keep good\/clear communication
\n– Have sense of cost cut down and sourcing
\n– Perform other duties as assigned by Superior<\/p>\n
2.Job Requirement:
\n– Local Vietnamese, University graduation in the field of Foreign Trade\/Economics\/Engineering
\n– Female\/Male, age range: 28 to 35
\n– At least 5 years\u2019 experience in similar position, preferable in steel manufacturing, foreign trade or construction industries.
\n– Excellent English communication, good management skill.
\n– Assertive, self-starter, well-organized, systematic and detailed-focus.<\/p>\n
