Job Description:
\nNew game ideas and prototyping:
\n\u2022 Work on new game ideas, work with game designers on improving \/ finalizing their ideas.
\n\u2022 Have a good knowledge on what games are on the market, what new idea could bring something new.
\n\u2022 Transform high level ideas into accurate, intelligible, and quantified specifications.
\n\u2022 Select ideas that would benefit from a prototype and work with the prototyping team to constantly create new prototypes.
\nGame production:
\n\u2022 Act as product owner for the games in production, follow up with the team and project manager on the progress and respect of defined specifications.
\n\u2022 Make decisions on design choices and problematics that occur during production.
\n\u2022 Oversee the game mechanics, data, economy and progression.
\n\u2022 Constantly improve the overall creativity, inspire passion to the other team members.<\/p>\n
Job Requirement:
\n\u2022 Experience in the mobile game industry.
\n\u2022 Be creative, imaginative and original.
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of relevant game mechanisms and Mobile game market.
\n\u2022 Strong affinity and passion for games, especially Mobile games.
\n\u2022 Strong analytical and critical skills, know why an idea or a game is good or not and what can be changed to make it better.
\n\u2022 Ability to rapidly create coherent design mockups.
\n\u2022 Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly.
\n\u2022 Ability to work well in a team environment, excellent leadership skills
\n\u2022 Good communication and presentation skills
\n\u2022 Native English speakers and\/or foreigners with good knowledge of English, spoken and written<\/p>\n
Advantages:

\n\u2022 Previous experience working on any aspect of mobile games.
\n\u2022 Familiarity with any creation software and and any game engine (Photoshop, any 3D software, Unity, etc).
