Responsibilities
\n\u2022 Preparation and submission of financial reports \/ VAT and other tax returns according to Vietnamese laws and regulations;
\n\u2022 Prepare monthly financial reports in according to IFRS for parent company reporting;
\n\u2022 Keep proper and complete records of all financial transactions for internal and external auditors and ensure they are in line with Group policy and statutory requirement;
\n\u2022 Ensure internal control policies and procedures are implemented;
\n\u2022 Ensure invoicing of goods and services to customers are carried out on timely basis;
\n\u2022 Ensure accounts receivables are followed up and payments are executed;
\n\u2022 Record incoming receipts and prepare payment vouchers;
\n\u2022 Prepare bank reconciliation, petty cash statement;
\n\u2022 Upkeep of fixed assets;
\n\u2022 Prepare sales quotations to customers;
\n\u2022 Process purchase orders for consumables and spareparts to Plant and 3rd party suppliers;
\n\u2022 Liaise with custom office on payment of duties;
\n\u2022 Coordinate with forwarders and Plant for incoming shipments and deliveries to service engineers\/customers;
\n\u2022 Support service team to issue service quotations and process parts return to Plant;
\n\u2022 Maintain stock record of spareparts and consumables.
\n\u2022 Ensure office equipments are in working order;
\n\u2022 Attend to telephone calls and visitors;
\n\u2022 Arrange travel for staff or visitors eg book airfares; Arrange hotel;
\n\u2022 Upkeep of office maintenance;
\n\u2022 Keep stocks of brochures and marketing materials;
\n\u2022 Check travelling expense claims and overtime claims;
\n\u2022 Arrange taxi cards;
\n\u2022 Update leaves records;
\n\u2022 Payroll administration;<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2022 Qualified & Certified Accountant with minimum Degree in Finance\/Accountancy or equivalent.
\n\u2022 5 \u2013 10 years experience, in a similar position.
\n\u2022 Hands-on as a sole contributor.
\n\u2022 >30 years old.
\n\u2022 Strong accounting knowledge of IFRS and local statutory and tax regulations.
\n\u2022 Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
