\n\u2022 Managing car booking system and arranging car for business trip service, making monthly car allocation reports and PR, GR for payment to vendor
\n\u2022 Managing stationery orders, making monthly report and PR, GR for payment to vendor
\n\u2022 Making PR, GR for taxi service
\n\u2022 Assisting event preparation such as Christmas, Tet, etc
\n\u2022 Checking all documents & invoices to ensure it\u2019s in line with Company procedures before getting approval from Administration Manager.
