岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
1、负责组建并管理越南子公司财务团队，搭建财务管理系统，支持公司发展。
Responsible for the formation and management of the Vietnamese company’s financial team, the establishment of a financial management system to support the company’s development.
2、负责越南公司资金及汇率管理，合理筹划资金，主导完成当地融资工作，确保公司资金安全、有效使用。
Responsible for the company’s capital and exchange rate management in Vietnam, rationally planning funds, leading the completion of local financing work, and ensuring the safe and effective use of company funds
3、负责越南公司成本管理，发现并推动改善管理薄弱环节，推动生产成本降低和控制，促进越南公司成本竞争力提升。
Responsible for the cost management of Vietnamese companies, discovering and promoting improvement of management weaknesses, promoting the reduction and control of production costs, and promoting the cost competitiveness of Vietnamese companies.
4、根据当地会计、税务法规建立并完善公司财务相关制度，确保会计核算及税务处理的合规性、 真实性和及时性，完善公司内控风险体系。
Establish and improve corporate financial related systems in accordance with local accounting and tax regulations to ensure compliance, authenticity, and timeliness of accounting and tax treatment, and improve the company’s internal control risk system.
5、对接总公司预算要求，完成年度及月度预算，并以预算指导和管理越南公司经营活动Interconnecting with the budget requirements of the head office, completing the annual and monthly budgets, and guiding and managing business activities in Vietnam with the budget6、
6. 按总部及越南公司要求提供各类成本及运营分析数据及报告，为管理层决策提供数据支持，并持续优化越南公司财务分析。
Provide various cost and operational analysis data and reports as required by the headquarters and Vietnam companies to provide data support for management decision-making and continuously optimize the financial analysis of Vietnam companies.

7、与当地政府机关及相关外部单位维持良好关系，为公司发展营造优良外部环境。
Maintain good relations with local government agencies and related external units to create an excellent external environment for the development of the company.
工作经历及技能要求
Work experience and skill requirements
1、 诚信正直，创新能力强；
Integrity and integrity, strong ability to innovate;
2、 负责全盘财务管理工作5年以上；
Responsible for overall financial management work for more than 5 years;
3、 负责驻越企业全盘财务管理3年以上；
responsible for the overall financial management of the company in more than three years;
4、 精通成本管理；
proficient in cost management;
5、 精通中国和越南两地会计和税务相关制度、规则；
Proficient in accounting and tax related systems and rules in China and Vietnam;
6、 沟通能力、组织协调能力、抗压能力强；
Communication ability, organization and coordination ability, strong pressure resistance;
7、 越南语熟练；
Proficiency in Vietnamese;
8、 熟悉ERP
