– Design medium-voltage switchgear and compact secondary substations (CSS),
including drawings, calculations, and equipment selection;
– Prepare and maintain technical documentation, engineering calculations, and accurate
BOMs in compliance with standards and contracts.
– Participate in design reviews and implement required technical modifications
throughout project execution.
– Ensure designs meet safety, quality, cybersecurity, cost, and schedule requirements.
– Identify technical risks and support mitigation actions using standard processes and
tools.
– Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Testing, Commissioning, and Service
teams to support production and installation.
– Continuously develop technical competence through training, workshops, and
application of best practices.
必要なスキル
– No prior working experience required (fresh graduates are welcome)
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
– Good technical English and communication skills.
– Willingness to learn, teamwork mindset, and attention to detail
