– Team management: ensure all team members’ performance to achieve assigned targets: project quality, timeline through daily staff management, motivation, coaching and evaluation.
– PJT management: understand project’s target and achieve with all members. ensure project timeline and follow process, reporting to customers and doing feedback to members timely.
– Customer management: be a key contact point between customers in Japan and team members in Vietnam; handle all customers requirements; discuss and dealing with all issues raised if any
– Key person in the company: this is the backbone role of the company. We expect this role to handle many teams and lead the company to develop in the future
