Job Duties:
– Identifies market trend by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking contributors and their opinions.
– Works with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients
– Develops and implements strategic sales plan
– Develops and manages the key distribution channel in the north of Vietnam. Examining risks and potentials; estimating distributors’ needs and goals.
– Identifies and evaluates specific new profitable business opportunities
– Achieves own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/or overall company target.
– Initiates and completes proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
– Works with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunity.
– Maintains an excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients and distributors.
– Coordinates with Sales Department and Production Department in HO to assure the accomplishment of client’s order, on-time delivery, and the product quality, etc.
– Develops and manages BD team to achieve the planned objectives.
– Identifies opportunities to support distributors and clients in advertisement, organizing events, seminars as well as participating exhibitions related to construction, architecture, furniture, industry and aluminum, etc.

Job Requirements:
– 5 years (or plus) of experience in sales/business development, with 3 years of experience in management position. Prefer candidates worked in aluminum, materials, …
– Proven track record of developing new businesses
– Strong in client connection and client services
– The skills to gather and analyze information.
– The ability to recognize opportunities and qualify prospects.
– Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure.
– Excellent interpersonal, communication skills to deal with contacts at any level and presentation skills.
– Closing skills, sales planning, territory management, market knowledge.
– A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
– University degree
