Business Development Manager (Pharmacy)

Responsibilities:
1. Being a Key Driver for successful launches of the assigned new products
2. Develop and implement Brand Plan of assigned key products to generate product awareness and to capture new patients
3. Enlist products into hospital reimbursement drug list for future tenders
4. Develop and strengthen relationship with key opinion leaders in Pediatric and Immunology areas
5. Organize medical education activities, e.g. symposium, medical seminar, etc. and engage patient group to increase awareness of disease and treatment options
6. Achieve Company sales objectives
7. Keep abreast with the changing market information which may have an impact on company business
8. Prepare monthly report and attend regular tele-conference to update business progress
Requirements:
a. University degree or above in life science
b. At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably with strong experience in biological products and in immunology and hemophilia disease areas.
c. Candidates with experience in enlisting new chemical entities or completely new formulation into the individual hospital tender list is definitely an advantage
d. Strong network and good relationship with KOLs in Pediatric / Immunology field and related hospital pharmacists

• Able to work independently
• Able to shape the market with business acumen
• Track record in managing key accounts and KOLs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
