○ In-charge of the development of Content Creation and content publishing.
○ Designing e-learning curriculum for all subjects
– Maintain consistency across subjects
– Align with user needs
○ Planning and coordinating content creation projects:
– Hiring (remote) personnel needed for projects (teachers, jr. teachers, editors, proofreaders etc.)
– Design and implement content creation processes
– Identify operational needs and provide improvements
– Scheduling and delegating tasks, communicating with team members
– Enforce quality control processes
必要なスキル
○Extensive experience in project management
○Experience at an education publishing company or academic office at a top school with good knowledge of the Vietnamese educational system
○Strong speaking and written English communications
○Team (HR) management
○IT skills (maintain spreadsheets, working with Q’s entry system)
○Flexible and willing to perform various task as required in a start-up business
