Delivery Manager (Food)

JOB DISCRIPTION
– Work closely with Director to establish and build the operation system of Delivery department
– Work closely with Director to set up the policies/ benefits for delivery staffs.
– Manage and ensure the whole operation runs smoothly.
– Provide professional delivery service
– Handle problem if arise
– Arrange plans, work shifts, work schedule, divide work for all delivery staffs fairly & effectively
– Supervise, evaluate the performance of work, the progress of staff in the room.
– Motivate, propose reward, discipline….staffs.
– Co-ordinate with HR department in recruitment, training delivery staffs
– Work closely with related departments to improve service quality.
– Report to Director
– Other works assigned by Board of Directors
– Arrange the schedule, schedule, assign the entire staff work in the room
REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 2 years experiences of delivery manager or supervisor in delivery service in the field of food & beverage or the food delivery
– This job is suitable for Vietnamese ONLY
– Must be fluent in both spoken and written English (to work directly with foreigner)
– Expert in routes and streets in Ho Chi Minh City
– Good in communication, problem solving
– Strong leadership, management and motivational abilities
– Good at working independently or teamwork
– Able to work under high pressure
