– Manage HR operation: C&B, recruiting, training…
– Lead factory to be compliance with buyer audits in Social compliance (labor practice, environment, health & safety), Security (CTPAT) and Quality (ISO 9001).
– Manage administrative works: cars, facility maintenance, IT, nurse, dormitory, government related matter…
– Report to GA-HR Director.
– Others assigned by Company management.
必要なスキル
- Good command in English.
- Having knowledge on Vietnamese Laws,especially in Labor Laws.
- 5 years experience in relevant position in manufacturing.
