• Receive and transfer calls to the required speaker
• Welcome guests and contact required people
• Arrange PPE neatly and provide PPE to visitors
• Receive and order newspapers/magazines as ordered
• Receive incoming posts & packages and send posts & packages as required from departments
• Consolidate canteen report, tea break report, printing report, coffee report, magazine report, post report by end of month
• Car management
• Receive car booking requests
• Arrange cars
• Support logistic organizing training course
• Support printing services, coffee beans services, coffee machine rental service, drinking water service, Crown file box service,
•\Consolidating tea break report, printing report, coffee report, post report, mobile phone report, taxi report & business card report by end of month
• Managing car booking system and arranging car for business trip service, making monthly car allocation reports and PR, GR for payment to vendor
• Managing stationery orders, making monthly report and PR, GR for payment to vendor
• Making PR, GR for taxi service
• Assisting event preparation such as Christmas, Tet, etc
• Checking all documents & invoices to ensure it’s in line with Company procedures before getting approval from Administration Manager.
• Proper filling all administration documents
• Other job assigned by supervisor.
• Graduated from university,
• Good communication in English
• 1 years of equivalent experience or more.
• Year end party allowance : 600.000 VND/ pax – subject to actual spend, no accrual if not consume and have the approval from Customer, with submission of appropriate supporting documents.
• Annual summer outing allowance : 3.700.000 VND/pax/year. Subject to actual spend, no accrual if not consume and have the approval from Customer.
• 13th salary
• Festival allowance 5 times/year (500.000 VND/times and Lunar new year is 3.000.000 VND) subject to prior approval from Customer
• Annual Performance bonus shall be reviewed by Customer and agreed with Supplier based on performance evaluation.
