Training:
• Lead the training and development activities.
• Build up and develop training strategy & programs
• Ensure the core mandatory programs are in place and well executed
Quality
• Establish, develop, compile and monitor the all operators
• Monitors overall quality of implement process
• Improves the control mechanisms – automatization of various reports
• Controls the work of subordinate managers and team Leaders

• Minimum 5 years work experience in customer service, training or quality control on managerial level
• Excellent Command of written and spoken English
• Management skill (leadership, motivation, conflict resolution, organization, planning, control)
