Safety Supervisor (Construction – HCM/HN)

– Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
– Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
– Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
– Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting operations.
– Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
– Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes.
– Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities and prevention measures.
– Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics

Requirement
– Gender: Male.
– Age: from 28 to 35 years old.
– Years of experience: 3 – 4 years
– College or University degree in safety management or relevant field is preferred.
– At least 03 years working experience with HSE field.
– Experience in Japanese companies is an advantage.
– Proven experience as safety leader.
– Familiar and understanding of legal health and safety guidelines.
– Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.
– Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
– Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Good English skill and Microsoft Office using.
– Valid qualification in occupational health and safety.
– Willing to work away from home when assigned.

Quantity: 1 for HCM, 1 for Hanoi
Working time: 8h00 – 17h00, Monday to Friday and half Saturday
Salary (net): 14,000,000 to 18,000,000 VND
Site allowance, phone & petrol allowance.
