○Design and implement a strategy to increase paid users via B2B or B2B2C sales, specifically, to schools, cram school, tutors, government, corporations
○Manage the team
○Work cross-function with marketing and sales
○Manage budget

○3-5 years of Working experience as sales in Vietnam (school sales experience is a plus)
○Analytical skills
○Meeting facilitation
○Building customer relationships (teachers, principals, parents, corporations)
○Presentation skills
○Team management
○Creativity (e.g. how to sell to schools when we don't have contacts to schools)
○Persistence to look for a solution in difficult situation
○Existing connections with principals, teachers, schools is a plus
