Job Description:
The TBDM is commercially responsible to develop and sell security solutions to existing customers and prospects.
Based on a need and risk analysis, the TBDM creates a security solution combining guarding services and security technology (video, access control, intrusion, other…).
The TBDM creates a high level security concept using existing technology and new technology at the customer site.
The TBDM filters and prioritizes potential projects in line with the strategy, technical feasibility, customer importance and potential.
The TBDM will select and maintain relations with the technology partners involved in the projects. During the project phase, the TBDM will monitor progress and communicate with all parties involved (customer, operations, technology provider).
The TBDM will organize a formal handover to customer and operations with the go live phase.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a techno-commercial role. Experienced in security technology (video, access control, connectivity…). Requirement: Knowledge of the local technology providers (installers) market. Graduated at relevant university at minimum. Bio-languages: English and Vietnamese. Good communication skills, Conceptual thinking, Problem solver, Customer oriented, Commercial flair, Creative, Structured approach.
