Business Development Executive (HR Services)

– Searching for new client approach: prepare proposal file, coordinate with design team to prepare demo (guideline, leaflet, company profile…)
– Manage existing client accounts: process order, reconciliation, handle inquiries/ requests
– Problem solving for any issues might occur – cooperate/align with Sales before taking action.
– Analyse client’s reports to provide more insight to sales team
– Manage paperwork when needed (promo registration, review contract, paperwork for occasional gifting, etc.
– Prepare marketing materials (newsletter), training material, etc.
– Other tasks assigned by Business Development Director (foreigner)
