Responsibilities
Conducts extensive market research prior to project start up and continues gathering information throughout the development of the project
Organizes the Project’s due diligence team and manages the same so that technical/legal/financial information about the project are properly analyzed and captured in the financial model
Prepares, seeks approval for and manages the project’s development cost budget
Prepares a detailed business plan and establishes clear project goals and objectives to complete the end to end business development process.
Lead in the preparation for the financial model of the project.
Identifies the project’s risks and formulates mitigation strategies and detailed action plans
Manages the safekeeping of all relevant technical/financial/legal documents about the project and ensures proper turn-over of the same to the operating/takeover team upon successful project closure
Builds and maintains relationships with water industry professionals, relevant LGUs and government officials
Coordinates and manages external and internal communications
